The production of CAD drawings and Photo-Visual representations of the proposed changes are completed in-house, and our submissions are made via the government's electronic platform (the Planning Portal) whenever possible to help streamline the process and reduce the time it takes to receive decisions.

From July 2009 through to November 2009, Insignia Projects submitted over 500 applications achieving a 97% success rate. This put Insignia amongst the top 10 national users of the Portal service, and in 2010, the Planning Portal are running a feature on Insignia to encourage other agents to use the service.
